Terms and Conditions for Survoy’s Superior Service LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Survoy’s Superior Service LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Service Agreement

By engaging with Survoy’s Superior Service LLC for any services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All services provided by Survoy’s Superior Service LLC are subject to availability and may vary based on your location, specific needs, and our scheduling.
  • A service contract or agreement will be executed as necessary, detailing the specifics of the services to be provided.

Service Fees

  • A trip charge will be applied as a standard fee for all service calls. This fee covers the cost of travel to your location and is separate from the cost of the services performed.
  • Fees for our services will be communicated at the time of service agreement.
  • Additional charges may apply for services outside the scope of the original agreement or for unforeseen circumstances.
  • All payments are due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Overtime: Overtime work will be billed at time and a half our normal billing rate.
  • After-Hours Calls: Service calls made outside of our normal business hours are subject to time and a half rates and will include charges for travel time.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your service needs.
  • You must ensure that the area where our services are being provided is safe and accessible.
  • You agree to comply with any safety guidelines provided by Survoy’s Superior Service LLC during the performance of services.

Limitation of Liability

  • Survoy’s Superior Service LLC will perform all services to the best of our ability. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of our services, circumstances outside our control, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed at the time of service.
  • Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Warranty and Service Guarantee

  • Certain services may come with a warranty or service guarantee, which will be outlined at the time of the service agreement.
  • Any warranty provided is subject to the conditions outlined in the specific service agreement and is void if the system is misused or tampered with by individuals other than authorized personnel.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 24 hours may incur a fee, depending on the nature of the service and our scheduling.

Privacy and Data Usage

  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
  • We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell, rent, or share your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • While we may need to share your data with third parties for business purposes (such as fulfilling service requests), we will not use your data for marketing or sell it to third parties. Any misuse of customer data will result in immediate campaign rejection.
  • You have the right to opt-out of any future communication or marketing campaigns by replying with the word “STOP” to any message you receive or by contacting us directly at [email protected].

    • Message frequency is subject to Survoy’s Superior Service LLC’s discretion, depending on the nature of the services you request. Typically, you may receive a few messages related to your service appointment, such as appointment reminders or follow-up information. Additional messages may be sent for marketing or informational purposes based on our needs and your consent.

    • Please be aware that standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Consult your carrier for more information on applicable fees.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Brook Park, Ohio.
