My heating or air conditioning doesn't seem to be working. Is there any way I can
avoid the cost of a service call?
Yes, there are several things you can do. We find that a number of our services calls are unnecessary.
● Check to see that your thermostat is turned on and the setting adjusted to call for heat or air.
● Check to see if a breaker is tripped. If so, reset it and allow one half hour before calling for service.
● Also you can sign up for one of our economical preventative maintenance programs.
If I need a service call is there anything I should do before the technician arrives?
Yes. Taking the following steps before our service technician arrives will help get your system up and running more quickly.
● Check to see if your coils are iced up. If so de-ice them before the service technician arrives.
● Make sure you have the make, model and serial number of your equipment available.
Do you do custom jobs?
Yes! We specialize in custom installations. Our design team will bring your vision to life.

Do I need a building permit?
Some jobs do require a building permit. Survoy’s handle all permits and fees required by local municipalities and the state of Ohio.
